Cancellation Policy

The Slayground values your time, energy, and experience ✨🤲✨. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, with products prepped and time intentionally set aside 🕯️✨. To keep the schedule flowing smoothly and ensure every client receives the care they deserve, the following policies are in place: ⸻ Cancellations & No-Shows • 24+ hours’ notice: No fee will be charged 🌿✨. • Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service price will apply 🔮. • No-shows: Any missed appointment is treated as a cancellation, and the 50% cancellation fee will be charged ✨🪬. ⸻ Late Arrivals • A 15-minute grace period is offered for all appointments 🕯️✨. • Arriving past 15 minutes will be considered a no-show, as the service can no longer be completed in the time reserved, and the cancellation fee will apply 🌙. • If you arrive within the grace window but late enough that adjustments must be made, the full service cost still applies. Complimentary add-ons—such as a wash, blow-dry, or style—may be skipped if time doesn’t allow ✨🪞. ⸻ Respectful Reminders • Frequent Late Changes: After 3 or more late cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for future bookings ☪️✨. • Unpaid Balances: Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before booking a new appointment 📲. ⸻ After-Hours Appointments • After-hours appointments require a non-refundable deposit to book 🫖. • Deposits are forfeited in the case of a late cancel, no-show, or second reschedule 🌛. • After-hours pricing will also apply to services that knowingly extend 15+ minutes past closing, even if they begin during regular hours 💫. ⸻ Additional Notes • Service Downgrades: If a service is switched to a lower-priced option at the appointment and the new total is less than the cancellation fee, the greater amount will be charged 🔮. • Repeat No-Shows: Multiple no-shows may require a 50% non-refundable deposit for future bookings 🌿✨. • Emergencies: True emergencies are handled with care and compassion, on a case-by-case basis 🕯️. • Child Appointments (Ages 5+): If a child is unable to safely receive a service, the cancellation fee—or full service price—may still apply for the time and product used ✨🪬. ⸻ Every appointment at The Slayground is intentionally prepared and reserved just for you ✨🤲✨.
