Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and appointments sometimes need to be changed. To ensure I can best serve all my clients, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
What to expect:

💫Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice): A cancellation fee of 50% of the expected service cost will apply.
Respectful Reminders:
🌿While emergencies are unavoidable, a pattern of late cancellations (3 or more) may require a deposit for future appointments to secure your time slot.
🌱Unpaid cancellation fees will need to be settled before booking another appointment.
